Job Qualifications :

1. Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, statistics, actuary or other related field.

– Sound analytical capabilities, proven problem-solving skills and judgment skills.

Responsibilities :

Engaging in the process of setting risk appetite, risk tolerance, risk identification risk measures, and key risk indicator (KRI)
Monitoring of risk register, risk-taking activities and risk exposures to ensure they are in line with risk management policy, strategy, and regulatory requirement
Providing support, education, and training to the Company’s staff to build risk awareness
Implement, monitor the risk management tools: RCSA, KRI, Incident, Action tracking.
Ensure corporate governance around core activities as defined in the ERM / ORSA regulation.
Preparing, review and test the Business Continuity Plan (BCP).
Monitor new laws and regulation, maintain a regulatory inventory, communicate regulatory changes to and engage with the front line unit and control function in assessing impacts of regulatory changes.
To report the Risk Management Committee about the management, operation, risk status, changes and areas of improvement to ensure the compliance with the Company’s policy and strategy.
Other assignments as required.


  1. Responsible for actuarial work, consisting of preparation data, report, reserving, and pricing
  2. Analyze the loss cost of products and Monitor the portfolio of products
  3. Co-ordinate with Risk Management Department to analyst about pricing risk, stress testing, etc.
  4. Co-ordinate with underwriters in assist marketing with the information to help support all their needs
  5. Any other assignments as assigned


  1. Education: Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Risk Management, or other related fields
  2. Experience: 0-2 years
  3. Proficient in database and MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and Power point
  4. Good Analytical, Problem Solving Skills, and Bright Team Player
  5. Excellent interpersonal skill, enthusiastic, positive attitude, and can work under pressure
  6. Good written and verbal communication skills in English
