– The above services cover only areas in Thailand.

Emergency Roadside Assistance Service 24-Hour

(Thailand)

  1. 24-Hours technical advice via phone for mechanical breakdown
  2. Emergency roadside repair service for basic repairing the vehicle at the scene. The member can use this service 1 event per year. (excluded any cost of spare parts & accessories)
  3. Emergency towing service within 25 kilometers per event, subject to 1 event per year, for distance above 25 kilometers, there is an excess charge of THB30 per kilometer to be paid by members.
  4. Emergency gasoline refill service up to 10 liters, subject to 1 event per year. Only in case of the vehicle is rendered unroadworthy while on the road due to lack of fuel and the vehicle cannot be driven.
  5. Emergency locksmith assistance service due to mistakenly locked (choose either one)
    • Free spare car key delivery within 20 kilometers per event, subject to 1 event per year. Additional km. will be charge to the member at THB25 per km.
    • If the member needs special locksmith, the cost of the locksmith will be borne entirely by the members.
  6. Continuation of Journey: Covered Vehicle is immobilized or rendered unroadworthy due to mechanical breakdown in the event that the incident occurs more than 100 kilometres from the Member’s Usual Place of Residence and repairs cannot be completed within 24 hours. Service provider shall coordinate to car rental or hotel accommodation or public transportation either one in case of the member request. Any expenses incurred will be borne entirely and directly to the Member.

 

Terms and Conditions of Roadside assistance service :

  1. Roadside Assistance Service for maximum vehicle age up to 15 years
  2. Repair or Towing of the immobilized vehicle must be arranged by Service Provider, or the Covered vehicle must obtain prior consent from Service Provider before arranging the repair service or towing of vehicle by another party.
  3. Service Provider will not be responsible for any cost arising from damage to any goods or commercial goods carried on the vehicle. The Member has to transfer the goods out of the Vehicle prior to the service delivered.
  4. The Member is responsible to care for their property, which will be the property or place to be served before services. Service Provider will not be responsible for any loss or damage to property or valuables leave it at a place of service or in the vehicle.
  5. Service Provider will not be responsible for any assistance services or expenses occurring while the vehicle is towing or carrying more weight/persons than for which it is designed as stated in the manufacturer’s specifications or arising as a consequence of the vehicle being used in motor competition or racing of any kind.
  6. Service Provider will not be responsible for any accidental damage or mechanical breakdown arising in respect of any hire or rental vehicle including replacement organized by Service Provider.
  7. Service Provider will not be responsible in the provision of roadside repairs and towing services to a Vehicle in the absence of the Member or Member’s Representative.
  8. Service Provider will not responsible for any cost or problem arising after the covered vehicle is tow to the Service Center or to a repairer nominated by the member.
  9. Any fraud or modification made to the documents in order to keep part or the whole of the fact, shall immediately terminate Service Provider’s responsibility over any assistance services and expenses.
  10. Service Provider is not responsible for any cost of spare parts & accessories, battery & filling of distilled water, tyre recap etc. The service shall not include tollway fees and any fees.
  11. Service Provider will not responsible for any costs incurred by motor competition or racing of any kind, modified the vehicle, the vehicle in the garage or service center, recovery of stolen or stolen vehicle, the destroyed remains of the vehicle is not in use or move the vehicle to the place for trading.
  12. Service Provider is not responsible for the service fee if the Member/ Member’s representative drives the vehicle without valid driving license or not issued by the Department of Land Transport or international driving permit.
  13. Service Provider is not responsible for the Vehicle’s problems/ incident resulting from an accident or natural disaster

Terms and Conditions of Emergency Home Assistance Service :

  1. Service Provider shall not be able to provide services in the absence of the Member or Member’s representative at the Covered Premise
  2. The following charges will be the responsibility of the Member such as but not limited to:
    • Costs of labor and transportation, repair, expenditure for equipment or the cost of dismantling, burying walls, drilling costs, etc.
    • Any deposit paid for goods or services.
    • Costs of cancellation.
    • Any costs, surcharge or transferable fee occur from goods or services repaired.
    • All expenses incurred for services under non-emergency circumstances.
  3. This assistance shall service for the permanent residence of a Member in Thailand as registered with the Company.
  4. Please check the service area, before applying for service.

Terms and Conditions of Concierge/ Lifestyle Service:

  1.  Service Provider will be responsible only for the costs of research and/or coordination services. The following charges will be the responsibility of the Member such as but not limited to:
    • Costs of goods/services purchased.
    • Any deposit paid.
    • Costs of cancellation.
    • Delivery/shipping costs including insurance cost.
    • Costs incurred in transferring funds to fulfil a request.
  2. Service Provider will not locate goods requested for large-scale commercial to the Member.
  3. All Concierge or Lifestyle Services are excluded any request involving the use of illegal channels, requests deemed as immoral or unethical (e.g. invasion of privacy) or request which contravene the national laws in force.
